Al Fusco, Wellness Director

Al’s extensive knowledge in nutrition and fitness will greatly enhance our ability to serve the health care needs of our patients. Having over 30 years of experience in the health care field, Al has worked and trained with world renowned individuals such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bill Pearl, Seals, Rangers, Vogue models, Miss Orange Countys’, Miss Hawaiian Tropics’, just to name a few.

Al believes in qualitative, not quantitative nutrition and fitness. “It’s what and how you do it, not necessarily how much you do that is needed to achieve permanent and long lasting results” Since joining Edlund Chiropractic P.C., Al’s achievements have included successful weight loss programs (15-25 lbs in 5 weeks), smoking cessation programs, and reduced drug dependency for diabetes, cholesterol, and heart conditions.

Good spinal alignment, nutrition and fitness have everything to do with good health and wellness. Our mission at Edlund Chiropractic P.C. is to teach our patients how to improve their health through good posture, consistent and proper nutrition, exercise and stress management.
